1. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of RM100 is required. This deposit confirms your appointment and will be deducted from the total balance.
2. Please note that a RM100 surcharge applies to late bookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than “4 hours” before the appointment will incur a RM100 penalty charge because the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you.
4. Kindly note that our service fee does not include parking charges. Any parking fees incurred at the venue will be borne by the client.
5. Please note that while we strive to provide the highest quality service, results may vary depending on certain factors such as the type of stain, the sofa material, and the age of the dirt/stains. Therefore, we cannot guarantee identical or specific outcomes. Thank you for your kind understanding.
